Would it be possible to fit R20 x 10.5 rims to a 2023 Genesis GV80? If feasible was thinking to run 295/45/R20 tires or compatible 285 section tyre

We cannot guarantee that the rims you discuss will fit your vehicle. The maximum rim width that is listed in the manual for the 2023 Genesis GV80 is 9.5, which is much less than your suggested width. You may encounter unpleasant consequences - the wheel will hit your car's arches, fenders, bumpers, and brakes. However, if this happens - you can install wheel spacers, or proceed to trim the plastic on the car. Either way, you will have to do some work on the car. The same goes for tires - the optimal tire choice for a 2023 Genesis GV80 with 20 rims is 265/50 tires. In general, they can become okay, but if you experience unpleasant sensations when driving - be ready to install spacers.
